摘要
本文对以下问题提出了不同认识:一是认为目前我国地质队伍规模是否过大,应根据我国国民经济环境来分析,而不能采取与世界上发达国家地质队伍规模或与我国六七十年代队伍规模简单相比的办法来回答;二是认为从当前国民经济对矿产资源的需求和地勘工作的发展来讲,都不能说是目前拥有的地勘设备总量过剩;三是认为用分解风险的办法来改组地质队伍并不能解决地质队伍面临的实际困难,也不会改变地勘工作高风险的特点,无助于地勘队伍的发展。文章认为,当前地勘行业在国民经济中比例失调是造成地勘行业困难的真正原因。
1) Whether the present geological work force of China is too large should be judged according to the nation's economic environment, but not from simple comparison with that of the past 20-30 years or that of the developed countries. 2) Viewed from the present demand of national economy for mineral resources as well as the development of the prospecting industry, it cannot be said that China's present prospecting equipment as a whole is more than necessary. 3)To re-organize some geological prospecting units with a view to divide up risk responsibilities is not an effective way to relieve them from their actual difficulties, nor can it change the high degree of risks in prospecting work or propel the development of the geological units. The real cause of their problems lies in the unbalanced development of the national economy.
