摘要
为了探明桃对设施栽培的生理反应 ,为建立高产优质栽培模式提出理论依据 ,对设施内外早露蟠桃光合特性进行了比较研究。结果表明 ,设施栽培条件下 ,早露蟠桃单位重量叶片的叶绿素含量增加 ;光饱和点和光补偿点降低 ;晴天净光合速率Pn日变化呈明显的双峰曲线 ,设施内早露蟠桃日均Pn为CO2 5 5 1μmol (m2 ·s) ,设施外为CO2 4 72 μmol (m2 ·s) ,设施内高于设施外 16 7%。同时还研究了影响光合作用的主要生态因子及变化规律。
Under protected cultivation condition,chlorophyll content of Zaolupan peach increased;the light saturation point and compensation point turned lower from 900 and 32 μmol/(m^2·s) in open field to 556 and 14 μmol/(m^2·s) in greenhouse respectively.On a sunny day,the day change of net photosynthetic rate inside greenhouse presented was a two-peak pattern,the average Pn inside greenhouse was CO_2 5.51 μmol/(m^2·s),16.7% higherthan average Pn [CO_2 4.72 μmol/(m^2·s)]in open field.The main factors influencing photosynthesis and their daily variation were also studied.
