摘要
提出了一种基于风险理论的电力系统电压薄弱节点辨识方法,采用电压越限风险指标寻找电网中的电压薄弱节点。基于蒙特卡洛模拟法,考虑电网运行中的不确定性因素,较为真实地模拟电力系统特定运行情况下可能出现的系统状态;然后基于该方法使用Matlab软件编写了电压越限风险指标计算程序。以IEEERTS 79系统为例,计算了系统的电压越限风险指标,并对各节点电压越限风险进行排序,识别电压薄弱节点。算例结果验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。
This paper proposes a risk-based theory of weak power system voltage node identification method by using voltage-limit risk indicators to search weak voltage node. Firstly, based on the Monte Carlo method, taking uncertain factors in operation of power network into consideration, the specific operation state of the power system is more truly simulated. And then, the program of voltage risk indicators is developed with Matlab software. Take the IEEE-RTS 79 system as an example, the voltage-limit risk indicators of the system are calculated, and the voltage-limit risk of each node are sorted and the weak voltage nodes are identified. The results of example verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
