摘要 针对节水型社会建设评价指标体系因果关系不明确和指标分析方法复杂繁琐的缺点,结合节水型社会建设的特点,应用"压力—状态—响应"(PSR)模型对节水型社会建设的评价指标进行筛选和归纳,构建了基于PSR模型的节水型社会建设评价指标体系,同时运用主成分分析法,对所选指标进行综合评价分析,提出了一个新的节水型社会建设评价模型。并以扬州市为例,对扬州市各地区节水型社会建设水平进行了评价,评价结果与实际较为相符。可见该评价模型能够对各评价指标之间的因果关系进行较好的解释,可以对城市节水型社会建设起到一定的指导作用。 The indexes of water-saving society establishment have no clear relationship, and the analysis method is cumbersome. Directed toward these defects and according to the characteristics of water-saving society establishment, an evaluation method of water-saving society establishment was performed by the index system which was selected and in- duced through using the "Pressure-State-Response" (PSR) model and principal component analysis. It was used in Yang- zhou's estimation of water-saving society establishment, and the evaluation result was in conformity with reality. Through the new evaluation model the causal relationship of each indexes can be better explained, and the index weight is also easy to be obtained. It can be applied to guide water-saving society establishment.
