Design and Simulation of Multiple Intelligent PID Temperature Controller

摘要 针对温度控制系统的非线性、时变性等特点,设计了一种复合模糊PID智能温度控制器,采用PID参数自适应控制与模糊控制相结合的方法,改善温度控制效果。以P87LPC764为控制芯片设计了系统的硬件电路,给出了系统的模糊控制器设计方案以及PID自整定算法,并对系统进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明系统的控制效果优于常规PID控制器,满足温度控制系统实时性和精度高的要求。 According to the characteristics of nonlinearity and time-varying in temperature control system, a multiple intelligent PID temperature controller was designed. A fuzzy control and self-tuning parameter PID control system were adopted to improve the performance of the temperature control system. The P87LPC764 was used as control center in the system. The design of fuzzy controller and algorithm of self-tuning PID were given and the simulation experiment was done. The simulation results showed that the multiple intelligent PID temperature controller is better than the conventional PID controller and can meet the requirement of real-time and precision for temperature control system.
