摘要
针对副斜井提升机调速电控系统故障率高、控制精准性差、电能消耗大等问题,提出了使用SB70G变频器结合PLC技术实现的副斜井提升机调速系统的改造方案,重点介绍了变频器在系统改造中的应用与具体外部电路设计方法,系统应用后对提高煤矿自动化水平作用明显。
In view of the electric control system of auxiliary slope hoist speed high failure rate, poor control precision, large power consumption and other issues, put forward using SB70G inverter with PLC technology to. realize the retrofit scheme of auxiliary slope hoist speed control system, mainly introduced the application of inverter in the system and the external circuit design method, system application after an obvious effect to improve the automation level in coal mine.
