基于CFD的等离子割炬喷嘴冷却水道优化设计 被引量:2

Optimization Design on Cooling Channel of Plasma Cutting Gun Nozzle Based on CFD

摘要 应用CFD软件SolidWorks FlowSimulation对等离子割炬喷嘴冷却水道进行数值解析,分析流线图和速度云图,针对流速低和流速不均匀等问题进行了结构改进。对改进的结构进行研究表明,增大进出口截面积和减小内腔有利于提高喷嘴冷却效果。 The flow field of cooling channel of plasma cutting gun nozzle was numerically simulated based on SolidWorks FlowSimulation. Streamlines patern velocity distribution was analyzed ,and the structure was improved according to the problems of low and uneven flow rate. Study on the improved structure showed that increasing the area of inlet and outlet and decreasing the inner volume is good for cooling of the nozzle.
