摘要
采用高频仿真软件HFSS仿真设计了V波段E面探针方式的波导-微带探针转换器结构,并加工制作了实物样件.经测试样件实测结果表明,在频率50~60 GHz的范围内,转换器的插入损耗<0.5 dB,与仿真结果基本吻合,适合广泛工程应用.
This paper presents the design of a V-band E-plane transition by high frequency simulation software HFSS. A back to back structure sample is fabricated, and the measurement results show that insert loss is less than 0. 5 dB at frequencies from 50 GHz to 60 GHz.
