摘要
为了研究聚酯纤维对沥青混凝土疲劳性能的影响,通过室内小梁的三分点加载疲劳试验,研究不同聚酯纤维掺量和不同应力比条件下,沥青混凝土疲劳性能的变化规律。研究结果表明:在应力比相同的情况下,随着聚酯纤维掺量的增大,沥青混凝土的疲劳寿命呈现先增加后减小的趋势,说明聚酯纤维存在最佳掺量为0.2%;当聚酯纤维掺量相同时,随着应力比的增大,沥青混凝土疲劳寿命呈现下降的趋势。试验表明掺加聚酯纤维能明显提高沥青混凝土路面的疲劳寿命。通过对聚酯纤维沥青混凝土路面疲劳性能的研究,找到提高沥青混凝土路面抗疲劳性能的有效方法,为沥青混凝土路面的结构设计提供理论依据。
In order to study the effects of polyester fiber on fatigue performance of asphalt concrete, the change law for fatigue properties of polyester fiber asphalt concrete is acquired under different polyester fiber contents, and stress ratio by three point bending tests. The results indicate that adding polyester fiber in asphalt conerete can improve fatigue performance of asphalt pavement. As the content of polyester fiber increasing, fatigue life of asphalt concrete increases firstly and then declines, which shows an optimum content of polyester fiber being 0. 2 % . The optimal asphalt-aggregate ratio is bigger than that of common asphalt concrete. The way to improve fatigue performance of asphalt pavement is found through studying on polyester fiber asphalt concrete. All this will provide a theoretical basis for structural design of asphalt concrete pavement.
