摘要
为推动绿色低碳公路的发展,从公路规划设计、建设施工和运营养护3个方面人手构建了绿色低碳公路评价指标体系;选取层次分析法确定指标权重,采用多级模糊综合评价法按照最大隶属度原则来判断公路绿色低碳等级;最后以麻柳湾~昭通高速公路为例,用所选取的指标对该方法进行了验证。研究结果表明:所建立的评价指标体系结构简单,基础资料较易获得,具有很强的实用性;选取的评价指标合理有效,权重赋值方法综合反映了各评价指标的重要性和可考核性。因而,可为绿色低碳公路的评价与发展提供理论指导。
In order to promote the development of highway with low carbon emission, an evaluation indexes system is established from the perspectives of planning and design, construction, and operations and maintenance. The weight is determined by analytic hierarchy process, and the low carbon emission highway is graded using fuzzy comprehensive assessment method and maximum membership degree principle. At last, the method is verified with the selected indexes by taking the example of Maliuwan- Zhaotong Expressway. The research results show that the evaluation indexes system has a strong practicability with simple structure and easily accessible values, which is reasonable and effective for the assessment. Meanwhile, the method of evaluating the weight reflects the importance and assessable of each index. As a result, the evaluation indexes system is expected to provide theoretical guidance for the evaluation and development of highway with low carbon emission.
