摘要
结合AWS标准和先进压水堆AP1000模块设计技术要求,使用ER2209焊丝对UNS S32101双相不锈钢板进行熔化极气体保护焊-脉冲弧(GMAW-P)的焊接试验。结果表明,选用合理的焊接材料、焊接工艺参数并严格控制线能量和层间温度,所得到的焊接接头的力学性能、铁素体含量和晶间腐蚀均满足标准和技术条件要求,为同类产品焊接提供了参考。
ER2209 welding wire is used in this paper to conduct GMAW - P welding test on UNS S32101 duplex stainless steel so as to research the welding performance of UNS S32101 duplex stainless steel,based on AWS standards and the technical requirements for advanced pressurized water reactor of AP1000 module design. The results show that all parameters of mechanical property,ferrous contents,and intergranular corrosion of the welding joints meet the standard and technical requirements if proper welding materials,welding procedure parameters,energy input and interpass temperature are chosen.
