输尿管软镜在泌尿系统结石治疗中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 泌尿系结石是泌尿系统的常见多发病,其治疗手段多以经皮肾镜、输尿管镜及体外冲击波碎石等微创方式为主。近年来,随着输尿管软镜的改进与发展,输尿管软镜联合钬激光逐渐成为治疗输尿管上段及肾结石的重要手段。大量临床研究已证实,输尿管软镜对输尿管上段及肾结石具有良好的治疗效果和安全性,同时对多发肾结石、肾盏憩室结石、具有出血倾向、过度肥胖、肾脏解剖畸形、孕妇等特殊人群的泌尿系结石的治疗具有独特的优势。因此,输尿管软镜势必会成为治疗泌尿系结石的重要微创技术。 Urolithiasis is the most common disease of the urinary system.The minimally invasive surgeries such as percutaneous nephrolithotomy,ureteroscopy and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy are the main treatment methods for urolithiasis.In recent years,flexible ureteroscope has become an important treatment of upper ureteral and renal calculi due to the development and improvement of this technology.Numerous clinical studies have demonstrated that the technique has a good therapeutic efficacy and safety for upper ureteral and renal calculi.Moreover,the technique has unique advantages for the treatment of some special patients such as patients with multiple renal calculi or calyceal diverticular calculi,patients with bleeding tendency or obesity,and patients with kidney anatomical deformity or pregnant women.Therefore,it will become an important minimally invasive treatment for urothiasis.
