摘要
目的通过分析心源性猝死(sudden cardiac death,SCD)患者动态心电图变化,探讨动态心电图检查结果对猝死的预测价值。方法对61例SCD患者发生猝死前24小时动态心电图资料进行统计分析。结果猝死前动态心电图检查最主要异常表现为:ST-T改变、持续性加快的窦性心动过速、J波及J点异常及新发室性异常节律。结论动态心电图出现ST-T异常改变、不明原因逐渐加快的窦性心动过速、异常J波或J点、新发多源性或多形性室性异常节律对猝死发生具有重要预测意义。
Objective To explore the predicting value of dynamic electrocardiogram（DCG） for sudden cardiac death（SCD） by analyzing the changes in patients＇ DCG.Methods The 24-hour DCG of 61 SCD cases were statistically analyzed.Results The main abnormalities in DCG before sudden cardiac death were ST-T change,continued rapid sinus tachycardia,abnormal J wave or J-point and de novo ventricular arrhythmia.Conclusion It has an important predicting value for sudden cardiac death when ST-T changes,continued rapid sinus tachycardia,abnormal J wave or J-point and new onset multifocal or polymorphic ventricular arrhythmia occur in DCG.
