摘要
以氨基酸含量高为黄金茶的品质特点,独具"香、绿、爽、浓"的特异品质,拟从茶树品种、茶树生长所需的生态因子(海拔、气候、土壤等)方面分析保靖黄金茶品质的成因,并对保靖黄金茶茶产业发展战略进行综述。
The gold tea has quality features with high amino acid content,owing superior quality"sweet,green,refreshing and thick". This paper reviews from tea cultivar,the ecological factors,including growth altitude,climate,as well as soil,in order to analyze quality formation of Baojing gold tea,and the Baojing gold tea industry development strategies are summarized.
