摘要
食品理化检验是高职院校食品营养与检测专业的核心课程,也是一门应用性、实践性较强的课程,为培养学生的实践技能和职业技能,总结基于工作过程的食品理化检验实验教学方法与内容。实践证明,学生学习的积极性有了较大的提高,能较好地掌握该课程的实践技能,教学效果良好。
The course of food physical and chemical detection is core course of food nutrition and detection in higher vocational colleges. It is also a high applied and practical course. In order to train students' practical and vocational skills,experiment teaching method and content of food physical and chemical detection are summarized. The practice shows that the enthusiasm of study is greatly improved,and practical skills are well mastered,and the good results are achieved.
