摘要
开关磁阻电机具有周期性的转矩脉动,由此产生的振动和噪声一直是制约其发展的重要因素。本文针对电机的结构特点,将电机转子进行斜槽,并对样机进行了有限元计算,详细分析了转子斜槽结构对电机的静态特性的影响,并将斜槽前后的结果进行了对比。分析表明,转子斜槽结构可有效改善电机性能,并对转矩脉动具有一定的削弱作用。
The periodic torque ripple is one of the main shortcomings for switched reluctance motor ( SRM), the resulting vibration and noise has been an important factor of restricting its development. This paper analyzes and calculates the SRM based on rotor skewing, this paper analyzes the influence of rotor skewing to static characteristics and compared with the straight rotor structure. Analysis shows that the rotor skewing can effectively improve the performance of the motor, and can weaken the torque ripple in a certain extent.
