摘要
目的探讨西医联合中医辨证治疗慢性胃炎幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染的疗效,为其临床研究提供参考依据。方法连续收集2011年1月-2013年1月120例入住医院消化科慢性胃炎Hp感染的患者,采用随机数字法平均分为观察组与对照组各60例,观察组给予西医三联疗法+中医半夏泻心汤治疗,对照组给予单独西医三联疗法治疗,治疗后再次应用快速尿素酶试验联合14 C-尿素呼吸试验检查Hp感染,并通过胃镜检测患者慢性胃炎恢复正常情况;采用SPSS12.0软件进行数据处理。结果治疗总有效率观察组患者为95.0%、对照组为81.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者Hp根除55例,根除率91.7%,胃镜检查恢复正常时间(3.2±1.3)周,Hp根除时间(8.1±1.3)d,对照组患者Hp根除47例,根除率78.3%,胃镜检查恢复正常时间(4.6±1.5)周,Hp根除时间(11.0±2.1)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西医三联疗法联合中医半夏泻心汤治疗慢性胃炎Hp感染有较好的临床疗效,半夏泻心汤可以增加西医治疗的临床作用,进而缩短治疗时间,值得临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on treating Helicobacter pylorl infection in chronic gastritis patients so as to provide reference evidence for clinical study. METHODS A total of 120 cases of chronic gastritis patients with Hp infection treated in the hos- pital from Jan 2011 to Jan 2013 were continuously collected and were evenly divided into observation group（60 cases） and control group（60 cases） with random number method. The observation group was given western triple therapy and banxia xiexin decoction of traditional Chinese medicine, and the control group was only given western triple therapy. After treatment, rapid urease test and 14 c urea breath test were adopted again to test the Hp inESULTS The total effective rates in observation group and control group was 95.0% and 81.7% respectively, and tfection, and the recovery of chronic gastritis was monitored through gastroscope; SPSS 12. 0 software was adopted for data processing. Rhere was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）;in observation group, 55 cases of patients got Hp eradicated, with the eradication rate of 91. 7% gastroscope examination results indicated that （3.2±1.3） weeks were required to recover and （8. 1±1.3） days were required to eradicate Hp; in control group, 47 cases of patients got Hp eradicated, with the eradication rate of 78. 3% ; gastroscope examination results indicated that （4.6±1.5） weeks were required to recover and （11.0±2.1） days were required to eradicate Hp; there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Western triple therapy combined with banxia xiexin decoction of traditional Chinese medicine have excellent clinical therapeutic effects on treating Hp in- fection of chronic gastritis patients, and banxia xiexin decotion can enhance the clinical effect of western medicine, and then shorten the curative time, which is worth spreading in clinical practice.
