预防手术室感染干预措施的效果分析 被引量:6

Analysis of effectiveness of novel infection prevention interventions in operation rooms

摘要 目的分析手术室新型干预措施对预防感染的效果,为控制手术室感染率、保证手术成功率提供理论依据。方法医院门诊手术室自2009年1月起开始实施新型预防感染干预措施,选取2007年1月-2011年1月于门诊手术室治疗的450例患者,按照实施新型预防感染干预前后分为干预组及未干预组,各225例,分析两组患者手术时间、术后切口愈合及满意度,并对其感染率、术前及术后手术室菌落数进行分析;所有数据采用SPSS13.0进行分析。结果未干预组手术时间及住院时间均较干预组长,其手术成功率为81.3%、切口甲级愈合率为67.1%,患者满意度为77.3%,均低于干预组的97.3%、85.3%和93.3%,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);未干预组术后空气及医务人员手菌落数及患者感染率均显著高于干预组(P<0.05),其术前空气菌落数总体高于干预组,但两组数据对比差异无统计学意义;新型预防感染措施使手术室患者感染率由8.4%降至1.8%,显示了其良好效果。结论推广手术室新型预防感染措施,以降低手术室环境菌落数及医务人员手菌落数、降低患者医院感染风险,从而保证其手术成功率和切口愈合率,达到更好的医疗效果,使患者对手术质量满意度提高。 OBJECTIVE To analyze the effectiveness of novel infection prevention interventions in the operation room, so as to provide theoretical basis for control of the infection rates in the operation rooms as well as the suc- cess rates of surgeries. METHODS Novel infection prevention interventions have been implemented by the hospital outpatient operation rooms since Jan 2009, totally 450 cases of patients, who were treated in the outpatient opera- tion rooms from Jan 2007 to Jan 2011, were divided into the intervention group and non-intervention group accord- ing to the results before and after implementing the infection prevention interventions, 225 cases in each group. Durations of operation, postoperative incision healing and satisfaction, infection rates as well as the preoperative and postoperative colony count in the operation room between the two groups were analyzed, and SPSS13.0 was adopted for data analysis. RESULTS The operation time and hospital stays %or the non-intervention group were lon- ger as compared to the intervention group, while the surgical success rate, incision class-A healing rate and patient satisfaction were 81.3%, 67.1% and 77.3% respectively, lower than 97.3%, 85.3% and 93.3% of the latter, the difference between the two groups was significant (P〈0.05)% the postoperative air-colonies, medical person- nel hands colonies and infection rates in patients for the non-intervention group were significantly higher than those of the intervention group (P〈0.05), the preoperative air colonies were generally higher than those of the inter- vention group, but the difference between the two groups was not significant. The infection rates of the patients in the operation room were reduced to 1.8% from 8.4% by implementing novel infection prevention interventions, showing the good effects. CONCLUSION The novel infection prevention interventions can be carried out in the operation rooms in order to reduce the environmental colonies in the operation room, medical personnel hands colonies and risks of hospital infections for the patients, guarantee success rates of surgeries and incision healing rates, achieve better medical effects, and improve patients' satisfaction to the quality of surgeries.
