摘要
注氮是煤矿新兴的一种实用防火灭火技术工艺,其既可以迅速扑灭明火,又可以防止采空区遗煤自燃,还具有降温冷却的作用,兼具抑爆的效果。通过对同煤大唐塔山煤矿大口径注氮孔的施工实践,探索出注氮孔在井位选择、防斜保直、扩孔、下管和固井方面的一些工艺技术,对类似工程的施工具有一定的借鉴、指导意义。
Using nitrogen injection for fireproof and extinguishing fire in coal mine is a new technology; it can put out the fire quickly, prevent coal from spontaneous combustion, and also have the function of cooling and suppressing explosion. By practicing the technology of large diameter nitrogen injection drill hole in Tongmeidatangtashan Coal Mine, we summed up the technology of large diameter nitrogen injec- tion drill hole in location choosing, preventing tube from inclining, reaming, downing tube and cementing. This technology has certain guid- ance for the similar projects.
