摘要
目的分析2011～2013年重庆市血液中心的无偿献血人群的分布及变化趋势,为扩大并稳定献血人群以及献血招募提供参考依据。方法收集2011～2013年重庆市血液中心献血者电子档案信息及献血者健康征询表登记信息,统计分析2011～2013年重庆市血液中心献血者人群分布特征,包括年龄、性别、职业、学历,以及再次献血率及不合格率。结果 2011～2013年重庆市血液中心无偿献血人群以30岁以下年龄为主,男性多于女性。2011～2013年初次献血者不合格率分别为6.01%、6.23%、5.46%,再次献血者不合格率分别为2.97%、4.42%、2.46%,初次献血者不合格率高于再次献血者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。2012～2013年学生献血比例为18.78%、19.51%。结论近3年重庆市无偿献血者的年龄、性别、职业分布稳定,再次献血者合格率高于初次献血者,应加大对初次献血合格者的再次招募,以便发展为固定献血者,减少血源浪费。
Objective To analyze the structure of blood donors in Chongqing blood Center and to provide a reference to the recruitment of the blood donors.Method Electronic and paper archives of blood donors were collected from 2011to2013and the averaged age,gender ratio,professions,education,the proportion and the failure rate of repeated donations were analyzed.Results The blood donors in Chongqing Blood Center were composed of those with the age of 30,and more males than females.The defective rates of the first time blood donation were 6.01%,6.23%,and 5.46%respectively from 2011to 2013,and the defective rates of second time blood donation were found to be 2.97%,4.42%,and 2.46%,respectively（P0.01）.Conclusion The age,sex,and occupation distribution of blood donators have kept stable for three years in chongqing Blood Center,and the qualified rate of second time donation seems to be increasing.
