摘要
针对多腔模具注射成型工艺中出现的非平衡填充现象,分析其产生的原因,并提出了熔体调制的解决方案,由此方案推出自动化流体调制装置。综述并探讨了因材料性能的不同而设计出的3种不同的装置控制方案及其优缺点和运用范围。
Aiming at the imbalanced filling phenomenon of multi-cavity mold injection molding process,the article analyzed the cause and put forward a solution of melt modulation,thus the program proposed an automated fluid modulation device.because of the differences of the material properties,Three design solutions were stated out,and then discussed the advantage disadvantage and application of these measures.
