摘要
采用水泥土搅拌加固软土深基坑土体是工程中常用的有效方法。本文采用有限差分软件FLAC3D建立某地铁车站深基坑的数值计算模型,并对未加固和加固两种设计方案进行了施工全过程数值模拟,对两种方案的土压力、地下连续墙水平位移以及邻近铁路路堤沉降的模拟计算结果进行了对比分析。结果表明:三轴水泥土搅拌桩对于软土深基坑加固效果显著,能够有效的减少围护结构的侧向位移和地表沉降;当周边环境对基坑变形有严格要求时,对土体进行加固,提高土体强度是十分有效的措施。
Using cement mixing to reinforce the soft soil is an effective method in deep foundation pit engineering. In this paper, the numerical computational model of a subway station foundation pit is built with FLAC3D, and the whole construction process was simulated for two designs as un-reinforced and reinforced foundation pits. The simulation results on the earth pressure, horizontal displacement of underground continuous wall and subsidence nearby the railway embankment from these two programs were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the reinforcing effect of cement mixing piles is significant for deep foundation pit in soft soil, it can effectively reduce the lateral displacement of the retaining structure and surface subsidence ; When for the surrounding environment there were strict requirements on pit deformation, to improve the strength of the soil by reinforcement is an effective measure.
