3104罐料作为公司的主导产品之一,其年产量可达到4万吨左右,有着极其广泛的市场前景。但是,公司生产的3104罐料用铸锭与同行相比,锯切加工和后续加工中废品率高达20.76%,远远超过了正常废品比例,造成铸锭交货期的延后和加工成本大幅提高,严重影响公司生产经营指标。为了控制这种不良的发展势头,提出了具体办法和措施,通过增添措施,改进方法,3104罐料铸锭废品率降低到17.53%。
As one of the Company＇s leading products, annual output of 3104 can can reach 40000 tons, which has the broad market prospect. However, the scrap rate of the ingot for 3104 can material produced during sawing and subsequent processing is up to 20.76%, which has exceeded normal rejection ratio comparing with the same occupation, has seriously impacted the Company＇s production and operation index. In order to control the development of adverse trend, some concrete measures and ways are put forward so that the scrap rate of 3104 can material can be reduced to 17.53%.
