摘要
从人力资本产权的特殊性与资源稀缺性两个理论前提出发,构建一个基于资源稀缺性基础上的供求分析"博弈论"和基于产权基础上的"契约论"双重结合的逻辑分析框架,并通过历史和逻辑两条主线,探索人力资本产权主体分享企业剩余索取权的历史形态演进路径及其逻辑理据。
The paper tries to compose a logical aggregate frame on“Contract Theory” of the human capital and “Game Theory” of the resource scarcity based on the specialty of property right and the scarcity of resources.What is more, it explores the historical evolution path along which the subjects of property right of human capital shared residual claim and its logical motivation through two main lines of history and logic.
