探讨原发性肝癌术中超声与经腹超声的应用价值 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨原发性肝癌术中超声与经腹超声的应用价值。方法对本院105例肝癌手术切除的患者进行术前经腹超声检查及术中超声引导下的肿瘤切除。结果术前经腹部超声检查,未发现肝脏肿瘤7例,漏诊率为6.7%;1例肝血管瘤,CT误诊率0.95%。结论经腹超声是肝癌筛查的首选方法;术中超声对于肝癌的手术切除为临床提供可靠地指导。
