塔北地区应用扭力冲击器对录井的影响及方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 塔北地区作为塔里木盆地勘探开发的重点区域,由于储集层埋藏深、地质条件复杂,导致机械钻速低、钻井周期长,制约了油气勘探开发的步伐。虽然在三叠系-奥陶系地层引入扭力冲击器(TorkBuster)并取得了良好的提速效果,但扭力冲击器的应用也对录井作业产生诸多影响,主要集中在钻时录井、岩屑录井、气测录井、工程录井以及迟到时间5个方面。通过对影响机理的分析,结合塔北地区的应用情况,针对消除上述影响因素的方法和途径进行研究,提出利用改进的标准钻时法消除对钻时录井的影响,指出工程录井参数识别及岩屑录井岩性识别的研究方向,给出了复杂条件下迟到时间的计算和再校正方法,解决了使用扭力冲击器给录井作业带来的问题。 As the key area of Tarim Basin exploration and development,because the reservoirs are buried deeply,geologic conditions are complex,they result in low penetration rate and long drilling peoriod,Tabei area has limited the pace of oil and gas exploration and development.Although the torsion impactor(TorkBuster)was introduced while drilling in Triassic-Ordovician strata and speeding up results were good,the application of torsion impactor has also produced many effects on mud logging operations,mainly in five aspects:drilling time logging,cutting logging,gas logging,engineering logging and lagging time.Through analyzing the impact mechanism and combining with the application of Tabei area,the authors proposed approaches to eliminate the effects of the above mud logging factors.The improved standard drilling time method was set forth to eliminate the influence on drilling time logging.The authors pointed out the research direction for the identification of engineering logging parameters and the lithology identification of cutting logging,provided the lagging time calculation and correction method under the complex conditions,thus solving the problem in mud logging operations caused by using torsion impactor.
