摘要 利用问卷调查,数理统计等方法,对选修瑜伽的学生进行对比教学试验和相关分析,结果表明,瑜伽课程与网络教学相结合的新的教学模式能够引起学生的极大兴趣,充分调动其积极性,从而有助于学生对瑜伽学习的有效掌握和日常锻炼,并进一步促进瑜伽运动的推广。 In the paper, using of questionnaires, statistics and other methods, the author carried out comparison test and correlation analysis for students who choose yoga elective classes. As a result, the author found that a combination of new teaching mode between yoga course and network teaching can cause a great interest to students. Therefore, teachers should fully mobilize students’ enthusiasm, which can help them to effectively understand and learn yoga in daily practice, and further promote the popularization of yoga movement as well.
