摘要 全球"文化核心化"时代的来临,使得国家或城市之间的竞争逐渐转向以文化软实力为主要内容的竞争。以江苏文化自觉为研究逻辑起点,论述了"文化力"向"文化软实力"转变的时代必然性,从全球和地方的双重视角总结出"文化软实力"的发展模式和实践经验。在此基础上,厘清江苏地域代表性文化要素的类型特征,并提出江苏文化软实力提升的目标定位。最后,从文化区位、文化传承、地点精神和文化资本等方面提出江苏文化软实力的具体实现路径,以此为江苏区域文化的发展提供一种理论上的思考和实践上的指导。 As the coming of the era of "cultural core", cultural soft power competition is becoming the main content between countries or cities. This paper took Jiangsu cultural consciousness as a starting point, discussed the era necessity of transition from "culture" to "cultural soft power" , and summed up the "cultural soft power" development model and practical experience from a global and local perspective. On this basis, this paper clarified type traits of representative cultural elements in Jiangsu province and put forward the goal of improving Jiangsu cultural soft power. At last, in order to provide theoretical thinking and practice guidance for cultural development in Jiangsu, this paper put forward specific methods from the cultural geographical, cultural inheritance and cultural place spirit and cultural capital.
