摘要
通过对AISI-1045钢进行负间隙精密冲裁和普通冲裁的对比试验,获得在2种冲裁过程中冲裁力实际的变化曲线。用Deform软件对冲裁试验进行模拟,获得冲裁力理论上的变化曲线,以及冲裁件断面的损伤效果图。结果表明:负间隙精密冲裁的冲裁力下降过程比普通冲裁更平稳;负间隙精密冲裁在冲裁力稍大于普通冲裁的情况下,可以得到更高的冲裁件断面质量。
Fine-blanking with negative clearance is a special kind of metal plastic processing technology. Many experiments in fine-blanking with negative clearance and common blanking with AISI-1045 are made. The actual blanking force curves is gotten. Simulation is carried on the blanking processes using Deform soft- ware, and theoretic blanking force curves and damage of the cross section. The contrast between experimental study and simulation shows that the fine-blanking with negative clearance force reduces more gently than com- mon blanking and the quality of fine-blanking with negative clearance workpiece is better.
