摘要
用板、梁单元建立振动筛的有限元模型,并进行模态分析,得到筛体的固有频率及振型。采用灵敏度分析的方法,确定对结构固有特性影响较大的灵敏因素,由此结果对振动筛进行以固有特性为目标函数的结构形状优化设计。优化后振动筛的第一阶固有频率提高了5.58%,固有频率远离激励频率,满足强度要求。
The finite element model of the vibrating screen is created by shell element and beam element. Though the modal analysis,the nature frequency and the nature vibration mode can be got. With the method of sensitivity analysis,sensitive factors of the structure can be determined. Then the shape optimization design of vibrating screen structures is performed. After optimal design,the frist nature frequency increases by 5. 58. The natural is far away from excitation frequency,and it meets the requirement of strength.
