老年人肩胛下肉瘤伴类白血病反应1例 被引量：1

摘要 类白血病反应是某些肿瘤常见并发症之一,是正常骨髓对某些刺激信号作出的一种反应。低分化肉瘤是来源于间叶组织的恶性肿瘤,其病程中可出现类白血病反应。本科于2013年9月收治1例老年人肩胛下肉瘤伴类白血病反应患者,现报道如下。1临床资料患者,男,84岁,离休干部。因头晕、步态不稳半天于2013年9月27日入院。无烟、酒等不良嗜好,有高血压、冠心病等基础疾病史。查体无新发神经系统阳性体征,无全身浅表淋巴结肿大,急诊进行头颅CT及核磁共振检查示多发性腔隙性脑梗死（非新发病灶）。
