摘要
对膨化硝铵炸药堆积密度的影响因素进行了分析和试验研究,试验结果表明硝酸铵水溶液析晶点、膨化剂添加量和真空度都影响膨化硝铵炸药堆积密度。在实际生产中,可通过检测膨化硝铵炸药堆积密度的方法来控制产品质量。
Influencing factors of the bulk density of expanded ammonium nitrate explosive were analyzed and the experiments were conducted also. The results showed that influencing factors were crystallization point of ammonium nitrate solution, amount of the expanding agent and the vacuum of expanded process. In actual production, the product quality could be controlled by detecting the bulk density of expanded am- monium nitrate explosive.
