摘要
空压机是煤矿中耗能较大的设备之一,为了降低空压机的耗电量以实现节约能源的目的,通过对空压机的耗能原理进行分析,提出了切实可行的空压机变频节能与自动控制技术方案,不仅降低了耗电量,而且减少了变频器投入,经济效益显著。
The air compressor consumes a significant amount of electricity during working under coalmine. For reducing the power consumption of air compressor to achieve the purpose of saving energy,the theory of energy dissipation was analysed and one feasible technical proposal for automatic control,frequency conversion and energy saving was put forward,which not only could reduce the power consumption,but also could reduce the use of frequency converter. The economical benefit was remarkable.
