摘要
结合某种型号三环减速器的运动和动力学参数,利用Pro/E三维软件建立减速器模型,采用ADAMS动力学分析软件对其仿真,并将仿真结果与理论计算值进行比较,验证了动力学仿真的正确性,为研究多环减速器和内齿环板的相位分布指明方向。该方法有助于缩短减速器的研发周期,降低产品的生产成本,对该型号减速器更新换代具有重要参考意义。
Combined with movement and kinetic parameters of reducer,first building the ring reducer model by Pro /E,then use ADAMS to simulate and compare the simulation results with theoretical calculations,and point out the direction of research of multi-ring reducer and ring gear plate phase distribution. The method greatly reduced the development cycle and cut down the costs,show guiding significance about reducer replacement.
