摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,对CBA联赛中跨省转会状况进行了研究,主要针对于转会制度的利弊以及对青年后备人才的影响进行探究。研究结果表明:国内联赛CBA的跨省转会制度存在着隐患的问题,尤其是基层单位对后备队员的培养投资方面存在不足,并结合中国篮球整体大环境的实际情况提出相关较为合理的对策。
Using the methods of literature and logic analysis, this paper studied the CBA league condition of cross - regional transfer, mainly on the pros and cons of transfer system and the influence of the young reserve talents. The research results showed that the domestic CBA league cross - regional transfer system hides problems, especially there is no enough investing to cultivate the reserve players for the basic unit, and supplied reasonable countermeasures combining with the actual basketball in China.
