摘要 通过对上海外高桥造船有限公司(SWS)产品现状的调查研究,从传统工艺制造技术出发,探寻SWS产品在设计制造上存在的问题,利用MBD技术对产品传统工艺进行了改进,并对SWS公司使用MBD技术的可行性进行分析。结果表明:MBD技术能够通过数据集成模型使产品的设计与制造更加精确;MBD技术对船舶工艺的影响更多地体现在舾装过程中;影响SWS采用MBD技术的因素是人力资源质量、资金支持、政府政策以及企业已有的或正准备转变的管理理念。 Through survey and research of the current products in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co. , Ltd (SWS), the problems of SWS products in design and manufacturing are discussed in the paper. The traditional technology is improved by making use of MBD technology. Feasibility analysis for application of MBD technology in SWS is performed. The result shows that MBD technology enables the products to be designed and manufactured more accurately through data integration model; MBD technology has larger effect on the ship techniques in the ouffitting process; application of Mild technology in SWS is influenced by the following factors: quality of human resource, fund support, government policy, and management philosophy existing or to be changed in the enterprise.
