摘要
当前我国出现了招工难和就业难并存的现象,只有大力发展职业教育,将十几亿的人口负担转化为巨大的人力资源,才能确保社会的和谐稳定发展。结合"天津海河教育园区"现状,从多个角度全面分析,提出一系列适合我国国情的职业教育改革发展的建议和对策。
In China, recruitment difficulty and employment difficulty coexist at present. To maintain social harmony and stability, we must strive to develop vocational education and to transform the burden of more than 1 billion of population into huge human resources. The writer makes a comprehensive analysis of the status of Haihe Vocational Education Park of Tianjin from various angles and gives advice on vocational education reform appropriate to the Chinese condition.
