摘要
为确定王家岭煤业首采工作面支架参数,采用公式算法和工程类比法进行了研究。研究认为:采用顶板结构分析估算法和数值模拟回归分析法获得的计算结果,能为选择合理支护参数提供参考,倍重系数法确定的参数可作为合理支护参数的上下限;而以统计回归为主获得的算法,应针对近年来的发展更广泛的采集样本数量,以获得与时俱进的支护参数。最终选择ZF16000/23/43D型放顶煤液压支架。
To determine support parameters for the first mining face in Wangjialing Coal Co., Ltd., formula algorithm and engineering analog method were used in study. The results could be helpful for reasonable selection of the support parameters by roof structure estimation and regression analysis of numerical simulation. The parameters determined by weight coefficient method could be used as top and bottom limitations. For the algorithm achieved by statistical regression, wider range of samples should be collected to achieve new support parameters corresponding to the recent development. At last, ZF16000/23/43D top coal hydraulic support was selected.
