摘要
目的建立一种用高效液相色谱法测定卡托普利片溶出度的方法。方法采用HPLC法,选用色谱Aglient C18;流动相为0.01mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液-甲醇-乙腈(80∶50∶5)(用冰醋酸调节pH值至3.0);检测波长:215nm;流速1mL·min-1。结果卡托普利在0.3764~188.2mg·mL-1浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998)。精确度为0.18%。平均回收率为100.66%。结论此方法快速,可靠,结果准确。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of Captopril Tablets dissolution by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) method. METHODS HPLC was used with choose chromatographic Aglient C18; Mobile phase was0. 01mol·L- 1sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution-methanol-acetonitrile( 80∶50∶5)( with glacial acetic acid to adjust pH value to 3.0); detection wavelength was 15nm with the velocity of 1mL·min- 1. RESULTS Captopril had good linear relationship with the peak area within 0. 3764 ~ 188. 2mg·mL- 1concentration( r = 0. 9998) with Accuracy of 0. 18%. The average recovery was 100. 66%. CONCLUSION The method is rapid,reliable and accurate results.
