摘要
目的探讨复杂胆囊腹腔镜胆囊切除(LC)术前行磁共振胆胰管成像(MRCP)检查的必要性及预防术中胆道损伤的临床意义。方法总结分析1380例复杂胆囊行LC术的临床资料,分为MRCP组和非MRCP组各690例。结果术前行MRCP检查较非MRCP检查LC术中胆道损伤发生率、中转开腹和平均住院天数明显减少(P<0.05)。结论对于复杂胆囊患者行LC术前行MRCP检查是必要的,可有效预防术中胆道损伤的发生。
Objective To investigate the necessity of MRCP examination before complicated gallbladder LC and its clinical significance ofpreventing intraoperative bile duct injury.Methods A retrospective analysis was executed base on 1380 cases underwent complicate LC gallbladder surgery.The patients were seperated into non MRCP group and MRCP group.The clinical datas were compared between two groups.Results Preoperative MRCP examination LC surgery could reduce the incidence of bile duct injury,laparotomy and decrease the average length of hospital stay.Conclusion Preoperative MRCP examination is necessary for LC on complicated gallbladder,it can be effective in preventing the occurrence of intraoperative bile duct injury.
