摘要
新媒体的广泛运用使得企业员工参与发生了多方面的变化,员工运用新媒体参与管理、决策和监督给企业带来了双重影响。企业管理者应当积极引导员工参与,为新媒体环境下的员工参与创造条件,对员工参与实施有效管控,恰当处理员工参与信息,激励员工参与,并使员工参与成为企业的一项长效机制。
The widespread application of new media has brought about many changes in employee participation.Employees′participating in administration,decision and supervision through new media causes double effect to enterprises.Managers should actively guide employee participation, create conditions for employee participation based on new media ,effectively regulate employee participation,properly deal with related information,motivate employee to participate,and make employee participation a long-term mechanism of the enterprise.
