摘要
借鉴乔姆斯基的语言观,首先重点分析了礼貌原则在观察充分性、描写充分性、解释充分性、语言生成的合理性四个方面的局限性,然后针对这些问题提出了完善礼貌原则的策略即国际合作、引入制约条件和引入听者模式,并对礼貌原则的发展可能性进行了预测,以期促进对礼貌原则的深刻理解和有效使用,最终达到和谐交流的目的。
Enlightened by Chomsky′s linguistic perspective,this paper first analyzes the maj or limitations of the politeness principle in terms of observational adequacy,descriptive adequacy, explanatory adequacy and language generating rationality.And then,the paper puts forward the corresponding strategies for dealing with these limitations：enhancing international cooperation, introducing restrictive mechanism and listener-models,and also predicts its′future development. The paper aims to enhance people′s deeper understanding of the principle and the effective use of it so as to achieve the harmonious communication.
