摘要
目的探讨高血压脑出血术后应用高压氧治疗的临床效果。方法选择本院2008年8月～2012年7月高血压脑出血手术患者168例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组（70例）和治疗组（98例）,对照组采取临床综合治疗,治疗组在临床综合治疗的基础上采用高压氧治疗。比较两组的临床疗效及并发症、后遗症发生率。结果治疗组总有效率为91.8%,对照组总有效率为77.1%,两组总有效率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。两组并发症及后遗症发生率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论高血压脑出血术后常规高压氧治疗,对提高治愈率、减少并发症和后遗症发生率具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of hyperbaric oxygen treatment for postoperative hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 168 cases of postoperative patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from August 2008 to July 2012 were selected and randomly divided into control group（70 cases） and treatment group（98 cases）.The control group were given with comprehensive clinical treatment,the treatment group were given with hyperbaric oxygen treatment on the basis of comprehensive clinical treatment.The clinical effects,incidence of complication and sequela were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 91.8% and77.1% in the treatment group and the control group respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.01）.The two groups had statistical difference in the incidence of complications and sequelae（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Conventional hyperbaric oxygen treatment for postoperative hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage plays an important role in improving the curative rate and reducing complications and sequelae.
