摘要
近年来,为进一步推进社区教育发展、提升社区教育水平,我国开展了多项社区教育评价,如全国社区教育示范区评价、社区学校和社区教育课程评价等,这些评价基本上以政府评价为主。在社区教育中提出社会评价问题是社区教育评价的一种新尝试,有助于适应社区教育的发展要求、改进社区教育评价过程、激发社区教育办学活力。在社区教育社会评价实施过程中,需要推行多元性评价主体、强化实用性评价标准、运用综合性评价方法。同时,需要构建社区评价体系、建立社会评价制度、加强社会评价研究,进一步完善社区教育社会评价机制。
In recent years, in order to further promote the development and enhance the level in community education, China has carried out a number of community education evaluations, such as the National Community Education Demonstration District Evaluation, Community School and Community Education Curriculum Evaluation, etc.. However, these evaluations are carried out by the governments. Being an attempt of community education evaluation, the introduction of social evaluation of community education addresses the needs of community education development, facilitates the community education evaluation process improvement and stimulates community education vitality. According to the comprehensive analysis of the community education and social evaluation, it is necessary to implement multiple subjects, strengthen the practical criteria and use comprehensive methods in the social evaluation of community education. Meanwhile, in order to effectively promote the social evaluation of community education, it is necessary to build the body and establish the system, strengthen the research on social evaluation, and further improve the social evaluation mechanism of community education.
