摘要系统整合课程模式与以问题为导向(problem based learning,PBL)的教学方法相较传统的学科课程体系都是更为先进合理的教学模式。第四军医大学将这两种教学方法应用于五年制多个专业的基础医学教学中,进行了探索性的实施。本文介绍新课程体系改革的设计、组织、初步实施情况,并分析了目前存在的问题。
