摘要
本文以企业对高职人才的需求与高职教育人才培养现实的落差为切入口,以高职院校毕业生双选会为契机对企业开展问卷调查研究,从企业需求的视角来分析高职人才素质的现状,试图寻找高职教育人才培养与企业需求脱节的症结所在,并提出建议。
Starting from the gap between enterprise requirements for higher vocational talents and the current situation of higher vocational talent cultivation, based on the bilateral-choosing job fair for higher vocational graduates, this paper implemented the questionnaire survey, and analyzed the current situation of higher vocational talents＇ qualities from the perspective of enterprise re-quirements, attempting to seek the core reason of the gap, and proposed the suggestions.
