摘要
本文研究了烟草品种、不同形态的氮肥以及生长调节剂 (IAA ,丙二酸 )对烟草烟碱和钾含量的影响。研究结果表明 ,品种间烟碱和钾含量存在明显差异 ,其中烟碱含量以中烟 90和中烟 98较低 ,钾含量以中烟 90和RG11较高 ;不同形态的氮肥对烟碱和钾含量的影响不同 ,施用硝酸钾烟碱积累最低 ,施用硝铵有利于烟叶钾的吸收 ;IAA和丙二酸都可以降低烟碱的含量 ,尤其IAA效果最明显。IAA明显提高烟叶的含钾量 。
The experiments were conducted to study the effects of tobacco cultivars, different fertilizer types and the growth regulators on tobacco nicotine and the potassium content.The results showed that tobacco nicotine and the potassium content of different tobacco cultivars differed significantly. The nicotine content of zhongyan 90 and zhongyan 98 were the lowest while the potassium content of zhongyan 90 and RG11 were the highest in the 10 varieties invested. Different fertilizer types also affected nicotine accumulation and the potassium content. Nitric nitrogen contributed to decrease the tobacco nicotine but it would increase potassium absorption co-applying ammonium nitrogen.The performance of indoleacetic acid and IAA reduced the tobacco nicotine content, especially IAA. And the effect of indoleacetic acid improved the potassium content of tobacco leaves while that of malonic acid tended to decrease.
