热疗对乳腺癌化疗患者治疗效果的影响

摘要 目的:观察热疗对乳腺癌化疗患者治疗效果的影响。方法:将48例乳腺癌化疗患者随机分为治疗组24例和对照组24例,对照组给予化疗及常规对症治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予配合深部热疗治疗,观察2组治疗3周期后近期疗效、不良反应发生率情况。结果:治疗组有效率为87.5%,对照组有效率为62.5%,治疗组优于对照组,而不良反应发生率治疗组低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌化疗患者在治疗时联合热疗,可降低化疗中产生的不良反应,提高患者生存质量,且近期疗效显著,值得临床推广。
