摘要
针对西安地铁3号线小角度穿越地裂缝带的难题,通过数值方法分析了地裂缝错动时整体式衬砌的内力。基于FlAC 3D二次开发语言,采用公路隧道规范的方法计算了不同工况下隧道衬砌的安全度。数值计算结果表明了整体式隧道过地裂缝段的破坏模式和影响范围。结合西安地铁1、2号穿越地裂缝带的经验,得出结论:小角度穿越地裂缝带不能采用整体式衬砌,而可以采用对缝式分段隧道,但要采取橡胶板加U型薄钢板加Ω止水带综合防护柔性接头等结构防水措施。
Aiming at the small-angel passing of Xi'an Metro Line 3 through ground fissures, the internal force of integral lining is analyzed in the condition of ground fissure dislocation by using the numerical method. Based on the secondary development language of FLAC3D and the code for road tunneldesign,the liner's safety is computed under different cases. The numerical calculation result identifies the failure models and the influence scopes of the integral lining. Finally, combined with the experiences of Xi' an Metro Line land Line 2 tunnels that crossed through ground fissures,the method of segmental tunnel with " joint to joint" styletaking small-angle passing through ground fissures is proposed,also the structural water-proof measures with Utype steel sheet and Ω-type water stop interface are discussed.
