摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生的临床效果。方法将90例乳腺增生患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各45例,观察组采用柴胡疏肝散联合口服地巴唑片,20 mg/次,3次/d,谷维素片,20mg/次,3次/d,维生素E胶丸100 mg/次,3次/d治疗,对照组只采用西药疗法治疗,药物及用法同观察组,对比2组患者治疗前后疼痛积分,肿块范围积分、硬度积分、大小积分及患者症状积分改善情况,并观察2组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率97.8%,显著高于对照组的88.9%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后疼痛积分,肿块范围积分、硬度积分、大小积分及症状积分改善均较对照组更为显著,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柴胡疏肝散联合西药治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生,可有效缓解疼痛,改善临床症状。
Objective To explore the curative effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of mammary glands hyperplasia of liver depression and hysteresis type. Methods A total of 90 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group (45 cases in each group). The observation group was given Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with bendazol (20 mg per time, 3 times per day), oryzanol (20 mg/time, 3 times per day), vitamin E capsule (100 rag/time, 3 times per day) ;and the control group was only given western medicine therapy (the same drugs and usage as the observation group). The pain points, mass range, hardness, size and symptoms improvement, and the effect of two groups of patients were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in observation group (97.8%) is significantly higher than that of the control group (88.9%) after treatment. The differences between groups were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05). The pain points, mass range, hardness, size and symptoms improvements of observation group were improved more significantly than those of control group after treatment. The comparison between groups was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Chaihu Shugan Powder combined western medicine in the treatment of mammary glands hyperplasia of liver depression and hysteresis type can effectively relieve pain and improve clinical symptoms.
